The dark web is the same internet every body else is connected to. The name makes it sound like there is a whole another internet that is separate from the regular World Wide Web. People are so gullible.
Not true. To access the dark web, one needs a Hayes modem and a copper POTS line. And the bbs chats can only happen when using amber monitors. The green ones don’t work — the Matrix scenes were total Deep State misinformation.
