This report contains information new to me: it was a cross draw. So maybe the victims were standing to Baldwin’s left, not in the intended line of fire, and he discharged the gun as he was in the act of drawing?
Does “I didn’t know it was loaded” work nowadays?
I read there was suppose to be a screen between the shooter and the camera...just in case.
“When the gun discharged”....translates to....”when he pulled the trigger”.
