My son in law developed a ringing in his ear after getting a Moderna shot.
He went into Brigham and Women's hospital in Boston, and he was told it was not going go be reported as a vaccine problem. When he went back there two days later he said they would report it, because two more people came into the hospital and had the same reaction to the Moderna shot.
No doubt there is reluctance to reporting adverse effects to the experimental vaccines, because almost all the Doctors if asked, recommend you get one. -Tom
