The guy was a dog walker and the evil AMISH kids were throwing dirt and firecrackers at the Dogs in a dog park .

Yep. He was in a dog park with other people and pooches and a group of feral yutes were throwing dirt, rocks, etc. at the dogs and their owners. This guy made the mistake of trying to dissuade them. My dog, a greyhound, is absolutely terrified of just the sound of fireworks. If some kid was actually throwing fireworks at her to torment her....well, I can understand why a dog owner went after the horrid children.

But of course the wise action would be to leave the dog park and go home. Kids like these in a big city are why we can’t have nice things.
