Still, the “report” was talking about blanks, not live ammo which is highly regulated, if not prohibited, on sets. She’s definitely culpable, but Arec fired the gun that killed a wife and mother and he bears responsibility too, IMO.

I’m still going with attempt to load with dummy rounds with at least one indistinguishable live round somehow mixed in.

He violated several of the rules of responsible gun handling.
Anyone who handles firearms needs to be trained in responsible gun safety and use. You cannot assume someone else did it right in connection with the gun.
