Kentucky woman arrested for threatening Georgia judge over dismissal of election lawsuit, deputies say

HENRY COUNTY, Ga. - A Kentucky woman was arrested and is awaiting extradition to Georgia after investigators said she threatened a Henry County judge over his ruling on the 2020 election.

Erin Northup, 42, of Louisville, Kentucky, was arrested on Oct. 15 by the Louisville Police Department after the Henry County Sheriff’s Office took out an arrest warrant for making terrorist threats against a judicial officer.

Investigators said Northup called Henry County Superior Court Chief Judge Brian Amero upset over his ruling to dismiss a lawsuit alleging fraud in Fulton County during the 2020 election. Deputies said Judge Amero received a voicemail from Northup on Oct. 13 around 11:50 p.m. that "contained comments that were threatening in nature."

"I’m all for respecting a person’s First Amendment rights. However, when it crosses the line and it becomes minacious, it will not be tolerated. We will track you down and arrest you," said Henry County Sheriff Reginald B. Scandrett.

After investigators confirmed her identity and consulted with the Henry County District Attorney’s Office, warrants were taken out.

No word on when she will be brought to Georgia to face those charges.

I was hoping someone from the region would know what she was upset about and what the judge ruled. Very odd the article doesn’t touch on it.

Not odd at all. This is how communism works. Commies figure out who is going to cause them problems then they look for a crime. If they don’t find a crime they just make one up. I would not believe a word of this terrorist threat bs.

Us peasants are expected to accept their representations without specifics or questions.

It’s enough for us to know she did bad. We don’t need to know what she did. That’s not our business.

And GA is supposed to a red state? Ladies and gents I’m afraid we have lost GA To corruption. No state is immune from the evil bastards! A once dependable red state is no longer. Sad to see our nation going the Venezuela way.

Sorry, I can't provide any details (because I don't remember them), but maybe someone else will way in. You can also search on the Judge's name (Amero?).

The gist was that this judge has strung along the plaintiffs for months, regarding looking at the absentee ballots, which some of the original vote inspectors claimed were obviously forged (computer printed, or some such). The judge finally came out a week ago and said that the plaintiffs had no standing.
My conclusion is that the judge is dirty, and bought off.
The plaintiffs will appeal, but the judge has delayed the ruling long enough that the appeal won't be heard in time to help the 2022 elections.

Georgia ballot inspection case dismissed after no fraud found (huh?!)
https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/4003266/posts

Brian "Brain" Amero jerked Garland Favorito and VoterGA around for 9 months over access to the fraudulent Fulton County "ballots", then the Uniparty stooge-judge [joodge] ruled that Favorito and VoterGa had "no standing".

Amero is just another stoogecog in the Big Rigging Machine.

...and we wonder why the JFK assassination records release has been delayed until Dec. 15, 2022.....after the election.

Everything seems to be wheels within wheels. When corruption goes unpunished it leads to more corruption and it ends up like looking in the mirrors of an old barber shop....it just goes on and on to infinity

Thanks for your details on Post 13

I didn't remember them, just that I saw Favorito on OANN a week ago (after the judge's ruling), and he looked like he got punched in the gut.
I don't blame him. He's worked very hard, and until then he was expecting (hoping) that he was dealing with an honest judge. Surely if the judge had a problem with the case, he would have dismissed it months ago. But no, the judge was just stalling and running out the clock.
We're turning into Venezuela. When Chavez stole the election down there (with Jimmy Carter declaring that all was well), they've had socialist scum destroying that country for the past 20 years.
Well, we know the Lord is in control and vengeance belongs to him - but these crooked (or cowardly) judges, DAs, and legislatures are very trying...

I remember the clown hearing with the stooge Amero in January, where the lying mouthpiece lawyer for Fulton spent 2 and a half hours of the three hour hearing telling us the multitude of different reasons why we couldn't see public documents [the ballots].

This Amero is a rotting pile of rancid dogsqueezins.
