Yes it’s an outrage and all that.
BUT, poor little kid. Down’s kids are extremely sweet, polite, and nice. I’ve known a few. Worked for awhile at Exceptional Children’s Foundation in LA doing PR. Of all the. horrible things that can happen to kids, Down’s truly isn’t that bad.
Yes they are special- the very first time I actually met a Down’s Syndrome kid, he came up to and introduced himself and said “ Hi, my name is Dave” and he shook my hand. The look on his face was pure sunshine. His smile was like the Cheshire Cat.I’ve never forgotten that.
