If it weren’t for the Keystone Cops, I would think they’d be looking for who had access and has the ammo.
Who besides the armorer would know the pistols’ exact caliber? Another article on this stated that the armorer had placed 3 pistols on the cart after loading. “Chain of custody” needs close examining.
