I think a 'yes' to this explains most of her behavior. She is unintelligent, incompetent, and insecure. Her out-of-place laughs, motions, and comments attest to this.
She has achieved her place one heartbeat away from the most powerful job in the world through affirmative action, licentiousness, and deception. Competence is clearly missing from the list. That's enough to make anyone a nervous wreck.
Since Biden's senility is accelerating at such a rate it's extremely likely that he will not make it for the more than three more years as president.
I'm sure quite that the few remaining adults in the Democrat party are looking for a way to get rid of her before that happens, furthering her insecurity.
How did she get through law school? I am reminded of Sarah Palin at the GOP convention which was the first time many of us saw her. The teleprompter quit working so she had to wing it. She was so outstanding that volunteers flooded to the McCain campaign and the rat bastards out out the word "she must be destroyed". What a contrast Sarah v Kamala.
