I believe Madagascar has the least number of people injected and the lowest number of covid cases in the world.
Madagascar uses artemisinin(drug that fights malaria) to treat covid. Covid is Plasmodium Yoelii (spike antigen that is a parasite. carries malaria) and Simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV) (carries HIV)
