If true, they would likely only poison a small percentage of the vaccines and keep demanding we take more. This spreads it out over time and they will keep blaming the viruses and the unvaxed.
Certainly true, some of the first people vaccinated are already dead.
Quite a lot of the vaxed are dead, but given the number that die within two weeks of a shot from depressed immunity, if it was continuing to decline it would be impossible to hide.
Look at the graph of deaths for Israel after the third shot — it takes a temporary tick upward. That is what temporary immunosuppression looks like. For that matter, the hour of sleep lost during spring forward also creates a statistical tick up in deaths.
