No mention of how many involved were named Mohammad.

I know that most malls have a "No Firearms" policy. I never go in without one (very seldom there, but if I have to, I'm packing).
Remember, it's not a "gun-free zone law" like in schools, it's just an owner preference.

They call it concealed carry for a reason. If somehow they find out all they can do is ask me to leave. And frankly there is nothing in that mall that I could possibly want. Most of my disposable income these days is spent at places like Cabelas.

It's been over 20 years since I've been in a mall.
Nothing to do with their policies, but if I were to think of going to a mall, their stupid policies would end that idea.
The closest mall to me is about 2 hours away.

They call it concealed carry for a reason. Ain't it the truth.
When I went to my local congress critter's meeting at the high school, I was carrying {concealed} and there was no metal detector so I wasn't going to confess.
I carry when I go to Mass, at weddings, funerals even Confession.
I'm going into Pittsburgh today, and I will not be entering the Federal Building {so no metal detectors} so I will carry.
When I see a business {very rare in W PA} with a no gun sign, I either ignore the sign or don't go in and support that fool {depending if I really want something that this fool has}.

Only thing a gun free zone is good for is telling a lunatic with a weapon that no one else has one to shoot back.

The left plans to take guns from non-violent citizens while deliberately and intentionally leaving them in the hands of violent criminals. That makes the productive class dependent on the government for protection. If they don't pay up they won't be protected. A classic mob protection racket.

I haven’t been to the Lancaster area in about 30 years. Have the demographics changed that much that shoot outs at malls are common?

Depends on the state you are in. In my state, if you are “made”, all they can do is ask you to leave, there is no risk of prosecution for anything unless you do not. But in some states, you could be at risk.

There’s been a term for that for a few decades now. Anarcho-tyranny.
