I lost 25 pounds over the last 3 years doing this. I will probably do this the rest of my life. I have too. Once your body gets used to the routine it's not difficult. If you break the routine however, it's a little incomfortable to get it back.
By the way I eat at a meal at about 3-4PM and a smaller meal at about 6-7PM.
