Agree! A real mixed bag there.
We already have all that. Banks are getting into the custodian business, and crypto exchanges are conforming to KYC and tax reporting on transactions.
The effect I see as most likely is on exchange rate (price) from day-to-day, as the trading in futures affects/distorts the spot price inevitably.
