This is really good advice. A first step my employer just put out is something on our intranet to click whether vaccinated, partially, or not, with some associated troubles if you don’t answer. Its connected to CMS data I’m told. Big red flag.
I’m so disgusted. And will soon be losing my job as a registered nurse.
Fight. There are many ways to fight - get a new job, get an accommodation, get them to sign a liability waiver, work through your union, sue, get an attorney…whatever works for you. But fight in some level. We all have to fight.
Not the shots. The mandates. My focus is on fighting the mandates.

If even those who got both shots or one shot decline to disclose, along with those who didn’t get the shot, then that will gum up the works.
