Footnote 12: Although COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) is approved to prevent COVID-19 in individuals 16 years of age and older, there is not sufficient approved vaccine available for distribution to this population in its entirety at the time of reissuance of this EUA. Additionally, there are no products that are approved to prevent COVID-19 in individuals age 12 through 15, or to provide: an additional dose to the immunocompromised population, or a booster dose to the authorized population described in this EUA.

This means two things:

1. Comirnaty is not available in the United States, necessitating the reissue of the EUA for the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.
2. There are no non-EUA vaccines available in the United States.

Given that the only vaccines available are Emergency Use Authorized, vaccine mandates are illegal due to violation of informed consent and opt-out requirements in 21 U.S. Code § 360bbb–3 - Authorization for medical products for use in emergencies.

(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed... of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.

I underlined the part about "consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product" because I believe this pertains to the medical "consequences" of not taking the drug (given this section of US Code). It does NOT give permission to businesses to place "consequences" of their own on employees who don't take the drug (that would be in the US Code sections on labor law). The former gives the recipient the choice, the latter is coercive consent under duress which is not consent under United States law.

Nobody can give a legally binding consent under these employer mandate conditions, and for that reason these mandates to take the EUA vaccines should be challenged in court.

This is article is false and meant to protect Pfizer from liability (stay under the EUA) while pressuring people to get the 'vax' by pretending it's FDA approved. NO VACCINE is FDA approved in the US. The woman who called Pfizer and got them to say over the phone there are no FDA approved Covid 'vaccines' in the US made another call yesterday, and once again Pfizer admits no FDA approved "covid vaccines'.

My best friend’s neighbor just got out of 6 mos in the hospital from the Pfizer vaccine. She was paralyzed, her lungs collapsed, and now she can finally walk to her mailbox but has to take infusions of some odd medicine everyday and take steroids.
