Is it the nicotine? Or something else? Maybe inhaling hot smoke kills the virus in the lungs? I remember during the Clinton era hearings it was disclosed they put ammonia in cigarette tobacco during processing. Not sure if they still do but makes me wonder what could be neutralizing the virus.

Cigarettes have a whole bunch of chemicals in them.

Good luck figuring out all the different impacts on health.

Real science is very difficult.

Or maybe the nicotine, tar, and hot smoke kills the lung cells that the virus would attack.
