The tendency, though not always, is for police to protect the interests of those who sign their pay checks. They are trained in “chain of command”, not “protect and serve” otherwise the Bidens and many other politicians who harm the public would be in jail.
People are going to need to start pushing back on these Deep State enforcers. Those cops should have been overwhelmed by citizens and dragged outside to face an ad hoc criminal trial with sentence to be carried out immediately.
Sheriffs are elected officials who can be kicked out if they become too uppity, too bothersome of the majority.
Policed serve the politicians who hire them. We have allowed another degree of separation of control and responsibility for police.
The crooked political machines in the large urban areas were all supported by and supportive of their police forces.
Now the stupid left is attempting to remake the police in their desired politically radical image.
It is a very dangerous and difficult thing to do, for all concerned.
It makes sense if you wish to destabilize and perhaps destroy the United States.
Who benefits? The Chinese Communist Party and the Globalists. A few power brokers in the USA would rather rule ashes than give up power...
Always been my understanding that the ones who hire the police officers were the elected officials whose oath of office includes obeying/upholding the laws of the land. So...if a police officer were just trying to please his superior over some questionable thing, then is he guilty of obeying an unlawful order? So, while there is definitely a chain of command & there turns out to be a “dirty link” in that chain; well then what? There seems to be an awful lot of that going around these days.
