DeSantis......through Florida Health...fined Leon County $3.5M for firing 14 unvaccinated employees. Florida is an employment at will state. I don’t know what the govt can do about private employers.

This was announced last Monday. Pretty sure this includes employers.
Florida health officials release list of businesses under investigation for requiring vaccination.
“Under the rule, the Florida Department of Health now has the authority to enforce penalties on applicable entities and institutions that require documentation of vaccination or post-exposure status,” the release states. “This law prohibits the following entities from requiring documentation of COVID-19 vaccination or post-infection recovery.”
My company has a daily form where they ask your Vax status.
I have flat out refused to answer the questions about my Vax status.
I’m still working.
If they filed for a religious exemption, and were fired in response, this is a violation of the US Civil Rights Act of 1964 Title VII, religious discrimination. That SHOULD be different, but who knows anymore.
Why not put them on legal notice?

You have overwhelming observational studies of huge populations of 241 plus 277 and also 120 MILLION that are no longer having problems, what more evidence do you need?

Getting common already.
I sent an urgent email to my Congresscritter about the thousands being fired in PA, asking why he and other Republicans had taken no action— like refuse to pass any legislation regarding the budget, the debt, etc. unless it includes a rider striking EOs 14042 and 14043. I explained this was the most urgent issue in our lifetimes, and that the people need him to take a stand. He acknowledged receipt and said he would send a response shortly. That was ten days ago. Crickets.
The days of Dr. Welby are over for sure.
Well I sure don’t feel trusting of the the medical community at this time.
Even the worst quacks know they should review the patient’s medical condition before recommending vaxxes of any kind.
It is grotesque medical malpractice to do otherwise.
Well this Dr. A young gal apparently didn’t think so. So I’m moving on. It’s very difficult finding a Physician in an area outside your hometown....As was said the days of the family Dr. really are no more....now it’s a computer that diagnosis’s you.
It sounds like they don’t medical ethics at med school any more—I am stunned.
Just start a new economy and ask if employees have been vaxxed. If they say yes then good chance they are a lib, and do you want them anyhow?
I’m not really....after surgery this gal never examined my body at all, (broken back)...even when mentioning noticed ankle swelling and all she said was ‘I know” and continued plugging into her computer. Then she lined up blood work tests and it was done and that was it.
Now it’s all tests and computers. Thus I knew then this was not the PCP Dr. I had anticipated at all. So the search for another has begun.
