Oh sorry. Bagster got there before you in the When You Don’t Have Any Answer Throw Dirt at the Statistics Sweepstakes.
i don’t read statistics...
i watch people’s actions...
our government’s actions and double standards prove the kung flu is a scam...
bs word play won’t get you anywhere with me. and my comment has nothing to do with anyone else’s here. not really talking to you, really i’m attempting to defend the less statistically astute from what is imo, your misinformation and misuse of statistics. i’m simply calling out your obvious mishandling of a very controversial statistic. i.e., the *estimated* number of deaths from covid19. for example, you didn’t even bother to source your statistic, let alone provide any analysis, confidence measures, or critique on it’s internal consistency from a statistical standpoint.
thus you give the appearance of just stating it as a fact, which immediately makes you look like you don’t know what the hell you’re talking about.
and given the nature of statistical analysis and the publicized and problematic ways that various entities like for instance, the very discredited CDC in this thread, have gone about compiling and reporting it, your presentation is absurd as i said previously.
