Nope. I’ve read the indictment report and more importantly I’ve seen the photos and he was in fact on Capitol grounds well inside the police perimeter that was illegally breached by him (on the east side steps) and others and saw stills off footage of him being pushed back by Law Enforcement and resisting orders. This publicity-focused dude (ran for Congress) was in full military battle gear, treating this as a military operation from the transcripts of his SNS activity. Just a peaceful tourist? Sorry. A search warrant for a home 900 miles away based on trespassing? I can not believe that would hold-up in court. As far as I am concerned, what happened in DC was fully justified and should have been more. What they are doing to these Americans is a crime against all Americans. I better stop there.
