It occurs to me that one way to keep down the hiring of illegals would be if the insurance companies underwriting worker comp policies let it be known that no matter the status of individual employees if it is shown illegals are on the job site the worker comp policies on all the workers would be cancelled. That may be extreme and it certainly is up for debate.

***Implement a bounty system. Since it costs us from $500B to $1T per year to deal with these illegals, paying out $2 to $3B to bounty hunters would be money well spent.
