Sadly, not many people CAN upgrade to Windows 11, due to the strict hardware requirements for the new version.

Probably most fail out on the TPM 2.O requirement but many motherboard do have the connector to plug one of those in.

The only hard requirements are UEFI BIOS and a TPM at rev. 1.2 or higher. UEFI BIOS have been around for 10+ years. The TPM is a bit of a sticking point, but most mobile devices made in the last 5 years should be fine; and TPMs can be purchased for many PC desktop mainboards. Windows 10 isn’t going anywhere for a while.
