Deaths in the cockpit ( and aircraft) are reported to the FAA, not sure which form or report, there are many mandatory reports that are required, RTB, RTG, diversions, GA, SDR’s, etc…maybe a current airline pilot can shed some light on where to look on the FAA or NTSB website.
No similar incident to that reported by the Stew Peters show is recorded in the NTSB CAROL database for September 2021 or October 2021.
That does not mean it never happened. It does lower confidence in the initial report.
If it did happen, there will be a lot of witnesses. Somebody will leak.
Still need the pilot name, flight number, and date.

What I’m finding strange is, back in July Stew Peters reported “VIDEO: HORRIFIC! – FIVE Jet Blue Airlines Pilots DEAD, Media Intentionally Hiding Vaxx Fears.”
Ruby gave names of 5 people and yes, they were Jet Blue employees. But one wasn’t a pilot, one died of cancer, and one died in a UTV accident. Plus Ruby stated in the video that ‘There’s no direct information yet about their jab status’.
Back in June, Stew Peters posted on Instagram (now deleted):

If I recall correctly, that story was also debunked. They died in a short time span, but not all in ONE WEEK; more like the course of a month or so. One was in the hospital battling COVID for 243 days before being discharged back to England a few months prior to death; one died in what appears to be a mountain-biking accident; one I suspect is a suicide since a Gofundme account says everything raised above a certain amount would be donated to a suicide charity (could be a pet cause of course); and the fourth is still unidentified best I can tell.
