I really don’t think so. Using time honored and customary cheating techniques that Democrats have used for 100+ years, Dems can probaly get 3% (+1.5/-1.5). It is possible to do better than that in northern Dem cities. They had some unique opportunities in 2020, some highly unethical and immoral but apparently “legal” methods were used that improved those numbers. Many of those loopholes have been closed and/or will now be too carefully watched to use (unless the bastards somehow make them truly legal in the short window of time that they have).
The “soft” cheating was what did Trump in. The news media is very clearly on the take; the suppression of negative Biden news was and is worth far more than any “hard” Dem cheating.
With that being said, if you don’t vote, no problem. Someone else will do it for you.
