My reading of the 4th Amendment, says forcing vaxes, or anything like it without due process or probable cause, is unconstitutional, and thereby illegal. There may well be a high profile court case regarding this, maybe very soon.

The courts have already demonstrated that they are useless.

We still have a pretense-of-law. But even that will soon be discarded. Rule-by-administrative decree is the new standard. Shortly to be replaced by simple rule-of-force.

This issue will not be solved by the courts.
