I have a different opinion than most people here on this.
Once the vitamin d level reaches 32 ng/ml, the body starts deactivating it, so I think that’s the optimal level. People with 50 ng/ml have more kidney stones.
If people have 20 ng/ml, increasing it shows no benefit in most experiments.
I think people who get sunlight typically shouldn’t take supplements.
To know the ideal amount to take, you should look at how much you need to take to reach your goal according to experiments.
I was in the hospital this past July. My O2 monitor was integers, too.
