Racist behavior is not illegal. It may be repugnant, it may insult people, but it’s not illegal. That’s the beauty of our first amendment. As we used to say all the time in the 60s and 70s, I may abhor what you are saying but I will defend to the death your right to say it.
Voltaire said it first. It’s not illegal, and it’s certainly not tortious, nor even injurious, unless to one of these fragile snowflakes, to whom no duty of care is owed, so no tort could be committed. A pity their daddy didn’t name them Sue to toughen them up.
