BTW, saw the new Dune last week. It is for lovers of the book only I would say. A great cast - well, maybe except for the Paul Atreides role, fantastic sets and production, but ultimately for afficionados only. Plus, black actors were cast in any role they could be fit into, a nod to wokism I suppose.

Thanks for the notes on “Dune”. I think I first read it some 40yrs ago. The ‘80s version was ok, but I’m really looking forward to seeing the new one.
That kid they picked to play Paul Atreides looks an awful choice. Doesn’t look right for part.
