We ask you doctors of America to get a backbone and to prescribe the drugs you think their patients need, even if they are forbidden by your bosses. And if the pharmacists won’t fill the prescriptions, you doctors it’s your obligation to get the medicines yourself and give them to the patients.
We know you have massive student loans to pay back. We know you went into medicine hoping to get the perks of a nice house and a nice car and a nice country club membership. But you also swore and affirmed the Hippocratic Oath, it is your duty to help patients first. So yes, we are asking you to risk losing it all, and to do what is right.
