We’ve been talking about this as a family. I am in charge of inputting what we buy from vendors into Quick Books.. guess I’d better ask if it’s backed up. Probably.

When I was a dog groomer I had all my contacts on my phone and poof.. one day.. all my contacts went to “Unknown Name.” I knew groomers who lost all their data (not same day) but appts, client lists, what groom the dogs got.

I have some various 188 gig bgacked up on all things needed to restart society and build back better. Likely a bit more then I need but it might help.
I use WD my passport. It’s about$80 at office stores. Its an external hard drive that you hold in your hand so you aren’t relying on the internet for recovery. I also backup thru norton but that of course would need internet. But i suspect there are folks on here who might have deeper knowledge. I know just enough to be dangerous i think.
I have been getting into fountain pens and paper recently. Maybe I'll go back to writing them down in my planner.
Besides, ink on paper is more private (And permanent) than electrons in a device connected to the internet.
