Maybe we're in Part 2... it's been a while since I read Atlas Shrugged.
We're in the part where train conductors were walking off the job, leaving the trains stranded in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night. Dagny Taggart was still trying to keep the trains moving at that point. She hadn't walked away yet.
And remember... Atlas may have been fiction, but it was based on the real events that Ayn Rand experienced during the Bolshevik Revolution.
And agree about Galt's Speech. I'm hoping to hear Q's speech. It does make you wonder about that Emergency Broadcast System thing, doesn't it?
