Reports like this make me wonder how lines of control between white and black hats are spread out. Basically 7 ways to interpret every scrap of litigation or charges - a set up? a white hat exposure, a calculated loss by the black hats, a country didn't get it's cut and is exposing the dealer etc. etc.
