I live on a popular lake in Tennessee, and people drop their phones in all the time. There is a local diver who retrieves them (we’re talking 20-60’ down) and they often work just fine after being dried out.

He’s telling us to get ready to take a stand.

That’s interesting !!!

I built a battery operated led display with 32 LEDs in it that had a programmable chip in it.

It got wet like you said (5’ of water though) and its inoperable even after drying out.

Thus my comment; I stand corrected.
