If I’m not mistaken, this guy can’t be fired unless he shows up naked, with a gun, or pinches someone on the butt.
... or if he fails to get the "vaccine"; or if he doesn't refer to a co-worker by their preferred pronouns; of if he shows up at a local school board meeting to protest indoctrinating his children with CRT; or if he supports the Texas ban on abortion once a heartbeat is detected; or if he thinks there might have been some legitimate concerns with the 2020 elections;
