It’s not about freedom vs tyranny but as Sowell said, a competition between two different visions of what is best for mankind.
Even before the formation of Earth, “it” has always been about two different visions. I believe they are encompassed within the two words you seem to reject, Freedom and tyranny or slavery.
...and excuse me for not first heaping praise upon you for a very well written comment.
Amen.
Some of us have been around for almost all of those four million. Both good and bad.
That is exactly what this guy is saying!!! Read it.
I read every work of that article before I posted to you. Even if everyone reads it there will be no change in the behavior of conservative people. We The Sheeple are not very likely to save the day, will be merely become extinct.
Re #36:
You completely misunderstood what I am writing.
To repeat, our side is NOT at war for control of the government. The Inner Party controls virtually everything. It is not possible for me to have made that any clearer.
What they do not control directly is tens of millions of Americans, Americans who are leaderless and have zero organization.
And wrt to those Americans, the Inner Party has them targeted for elimination and destruction. Destruction of small businesses (Kulaks) was part of that plan, to destroy any possible independent power bases.
How you got me wrong by 180 degrees is just more sad evidence that our side is incapable of understanding what is going on.
The radicalism in this Build Back Better agenda is not in the price tag or in the groups it promises to reward and punish. What makes this bill so radical is that it does not exist as a written piece of legislation spelling out the spending plan. Instead, it is a framework that authorizes the federal bureaucracy to spend trillions to achieve the goals of this new economic and cultural framework.
ie... Cultural Marxism (but we already knew that)
heh - thanks for the question but more for the link to the “too many witches” article. Good point, and in addition to the question of suffrage, there is a question of just how much ruling the government ought to have. If the government (and other institutions, like press, doctors, law) doesn’t rule over much, then little harm when government turns nutty, against the people, or whatever. But today government rules over nearly everything, one way or another. Social engineering been going on large scale for a long time.
But to your question, I would not deny the vote based on sex. There would be line drawing with my simplified “welfare or vote, pick one,” but at least would dispose of the issue where people QUICKLY learn to vote money for themselves from the public treasury. That’s where we are now. Vote for me, you’ll get more money. Always ends in disaster.
Re # 40:
Look, you made a stupid remark. Just own up to it.
And now you have confirmed with another stupid remark.
If you have something constructive to say, say it. Grow up.
Well then, what do we do now?
I told y’all before that we just needed to shoot them all and I got banned for a week.
Man, being given by his creator, natural rights, which are accompanied by corresponding natural duties, has the moral duty to God, to safeguard, preserve, and protect these rights for the benefit of self and others, including Posterity. Man, therefore, has the perfect duty and has the perfect right to oppose all violators of these natural rights, and failure to do so is to defy duty to God as the giver of these rights; and such failure betrays man's duty as the temporary trustee of Posterity’s just heritage.
The traditional American motto, underlying the resistance to tyranny. is “rebellion against tyrants is obedience to God.” That is, resistance against tyranny is a moral duty. Public officials who exceed the limits of the powers delegated to them by the people under their fundamental law and thus violate or endanger the People's God-given, natural rights, thereby, and to this extent, make of themselves defaulting trustees, usurpers, oppressors, and tyrants. They thereby act outside of this supreme law which defines these limits and the scope of their authority and office, and therefore act without authority from the people. By thus exceeding and violating the restrictions of this law, they act outside of law, lawlessly, as outlaws. These defaulting trustees, by acting lawlessly, thereby free the people from any duty of obedience. because legally and morally under rule by law, obedience by the self-governing people is required only to law, and not to law defying and tyrannical public servants.
The American philosophy and system of constitutionally limited government contemplates that the people of the several states, acting through their state governments, will, in the last resort use force to oppose any force employed by federal usurpers and tyrants, that they will use military force (militia of the states). to oppose any military force used by such usurpers as Hamilton and Madison, explained in detail, in Federalist #28 and #46. In addition, the Declaration Of Independence permits the People to use force to overthrow a tyrannical government and replace it with a non-tyranny.
The understanding of the Framers was that all true Americans have the perfect right and duty to use force, and must be ready to use force to fight and die for liberty and the other natural rights, especially against federal officials who as usurpers and tyrants violate not only the Constitution, but also their oath of office to support the Constitution only.

You’re gonna get banned. On this website nobody wants to do anything beyond maybe creating some funny internet memes.
It may come down to that...I have never seen such evil in this country in positions of authority in my lifetime.
You and I couldn't possibly agree more. Focusing on election integrity is the start.
We damn' well better be capable of doing two things at once.
Taking back local school boards and fixing the broken education system in this country has to be #2 (at least in my book) and holding local school boards accountable has to be done. Brushfires are breaking out across the country in this regard, this needs to catch fire across the country.
I'm open to negotiation past these two points and I'll say this: If we don't get the above two fixed in a big hurry, we'll be left to inflicting blunt force trauma against the left.
My clock is ticking (meaning: my time window for "blunt force trauma" is closing at 59.)

They're not pointing guns at us. They are threatening our livelihoods and means of communication, which is more sinister and requires a more thoughtful and measured response.
Without a hint on the topic and author, no click.
Our oligarchs have been in power at least since the 70's if not much earlier. Reagan and Trump surprised them, but they did a great job of limiting those presidents' agendas while continuing to advance their own.
I hope that the inner party, if there is such a thing in our case, is merely greedy. If they are true believers in the progressive bs they spread then our good-intention-paved way forward will be more hellish than anyone can imagine.
Sorry dude. The OP made a stupid claim and you're dumb enough to back him up on it. Wake me when the revolution starts. Until then, feck off.
