Are the Russia hoax’s ‘big fish’ finally in John Durham’s crosshairs?

During a brief appearance on Maria Bartiromo’s Sunday show, Kash Patel dropped several bombs regarding Durham’s investigation but I have my doubts.

Of the many positions Kash Patel held during Trump’s presidency, his most important was as an aide to Devin Nunes when the latter worked doggedly to reveal that the Democrats’ Russiagate charges were a hoax coming from the Democrat party—specifically, from Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Given Patel’s insider’s knowledge of events, it means something when he appears on Maria Bartiromo’s Fox show on Sunday mornings and says that he believes that Special Prosecutor John Durham is on the verge of issuing some serious indictments against big players in the Russia hoax.

Patel’s predictions about Durham are the first thing that Bartiromo elicits from him during the interview:

RealClearPolitics has helpfully provided a transcript of the interview:

MARIA BARTIROMO: When do you believe the FBI figured out that all of this was just one political campaign trying to take down another?

KASH PATEL: I think they knew right away.

And the documents that we put out in the Nunes investigation, the Nunes memo and the HPSCI report on Russian active measures show that the FBI knew right away, because their FISA abuse process, now that declassification process is complete, and your viewers can read it, that the FBI knew the information was fraudulent.

They knew the credibility problems with Christopher Steele. And they knew the DNC, through Fusion GPS and Perkins Coie, were piping in tens of millions of dollars into the machine, so that they could get up a FISA warrant on President Trump.

So, I think they knew right away, which is why I think...

I know they are not in Durham’s crosshairs because Durham has not died in an airplane crash.

And how would a FISA warrant benefit the Clinton campaign? A supposedly secret classified spying operation. The answer to that is it shouldn’t. However the government was already spying on the Trump campaign along with all the other non-Clinton campaigns. The dirty officials in the Clinton campaign needed a cover to help their government sources in case of a Trump win. The gang of eight knew all about the campaign spying. To cover their tracks they invented Russian collusion.

This could be nothing, but Weissmann recently resigned from the law firm he joined after leaving Mueller SC.

I want to disagree with you...but I can't.

When the fbi gets away with lying to the fisa court {and the judges knew it} there is no hope for real justice with the current cast of corrupt characters in the fbi/doj/fed courts.

Two sets of rules, the street scum antifa bastards can beat and burn while some poor MAGA hat wearer gets thrown into solitary for 10 months for walking in the Capitol Building.

Our Founders were correct with their fear of federal police, abolish the fbi/doj and all the rest of the three letter scum in DC.

I don't think the DNC and Clinton campaign really knew what was going on at the FBI after the Steele dossier and Alfa bank hoax was injected. All they wanted was confirmation that the FBI was looking into it, so the MSM would latch on and report Trump was a Russian stooge prior to the election.

After the election it is a whole different ballgame. It was get Trump first before everybody was exposed.

If, indeed, there are indictments, the likelihood of convictions will be minimized if trials are held in the District of Columbia, given the composition of the jury pool there.

Does he have the “blue dress?” If not, no dim-0 will be in trouble.

The only way to bust one of them sonsofbitches is to have proof that cannot be covered over.

The judge has control in a court of law. Do not expect justice from a federal court.

Yep. Congress, expecially the so-called Gang of eight and the committees on intelligence (HPSCI, SSCI) not only knew, they were instrumental in cover-up of government action against POTUS, in addition to being activie participants in the false smears.

There are zero clean institutions in the federal government. And not just a little dirty either, every institition has a little dirt about it. Our federal apparati are filthy.

Kashdan is a great American who helped Nunes in a dangerous fight against the Deep State but as a former prosecutor, he knows time is running out.

Elias the lawyer working with Sussman is in the sights. So is some FIB. Probably ends there but shouldn’t. Dept of Just Us and Obama WH all guilty.
