She’s pretending that “F#€% Joe Biden” is really “Let’s Go Brandon” to cover NBC’s asses if the FCC comes down on the network for airing the segment with the profanity in the background.

They could have stopped the interview, blamed technical difficulties, finished it when the chant had stopped.
