The footage shows what looks like an inverted stealth aircraft shape being transported on a flatbed trailer...

This site is located near Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works headquarters at Plant 42 in Palmdale. It has played a key role in the development of US stealth aircraft since the early 1980s.

That would appear to be the answer.

The shape suggests it relies on lift which would make it an airplane. Of course it would be a UFO until it is named by an authoritative source.

IMO, nose is on the right (towards end of trailer), tail facing towards front of trailer..

This looks to me like a wind tunnel test model.

Whoever took this photo should be prosecuted for a major security violation, 10 years in prison minimum. Loss of clearances, their job, and their freedom.
