If I live in a state that seceded, what happens to my social security? My state retirement? Will I be without any income? All my debts are paid off, but how would I pay for food, utilities, health care, etc? Monopoly money?

Shows how all that unconstitutional welfare largesse makes it impossible also to extricate oneself from the mess, eh? Was that by design? Or just a fortunate side effect for our masters?

I favor the concept of us simply starting over. We would raise our own funds for our own social security program and if current residents think they deserve more money they can migrate to the blue country.
