[snip] It was hard enough to find toilet paper last year without mummies being in the mix. [/snip]

Seems like a good source of toilet paper, all that wrapping.

Depending on how the mummies were dated, this could also be one of *those* topics. Thanks blueplum.

Stacked stones into pyramid shapes, apparently.

Like those colorized pictures of Lincoln and civil war folks, it’s always amazing to “see” their true life images. We sometimes can’t envision these people were real without color and depth.

This would be more interesting to me if they showed examples of this process on known individuals — i.e. give them DNA of living people and tell them to create some facial images and demonstrate how accurate the process is. Otherwise they are just blowing smoke.

Good heavens!! What did their teenagers do then?

Apparently the same thing our teenagers did a couple of decades back. ... I read an article several years ago about a letter that was preserved from ancient Roman times, from a commander in the field back to his wife in Rome. It could have been written by any modern day military person as the subjects were practically the same: family news, local news, complaints of food and lodging and please send some warm clothing. The commander also was angry at his apparently teen age son for being a do-nothing and hanging around with his worthless friends all day in the streets and marketplace...........................
