A new poll has revealed that political divisions run so deep in the US that over half of Trump voters want red states to secede from the union, and 41% of Biden voters want blue states to split off.

According to the analysis from the University of Virginia's Center for Politics, 52% of Trump voters at least somewhat agree with the statement: 'The situation is such that I would favor [Blue/Red] states seceding from the union to form their own separate country.' Twenty-five percent of Trump voters strongly agree.

Meanwhile, 41% of Biden voters at least somewhat agree with the sentiment, while 18% strongly agree.

We need to stop viewing the Democrat states as organic entities and instead start viewing the map of the USA as loyal American counties surrounding islands of anti-American urban centers.

Any split that takes place should not include the loyal portions of any traitor states.

Yup. Eastern Oregon, Eastern Washington, Northern and Central California, most of Colorado, most of Illinois, and etc. have ever right in the world to remain American while the Democrat cities go communist.

I don’t want to live in a state that allows fraudulent elections, or won’t investigate election fraud. That simple.

Yeah and the other 59 percent realize if we did any such thing they’d go bankrupt.

The states that allow fraudulent elections will be on their own. The clean states will have their own foreign policy, intelligence agencies, tax collection and currency. They don’t have to be contiguous.

Build a Berlin Wall around all the Communist RED counties. It’ll be to keep them from leaving for freedom, because the Demonrat Stalinazi Reds don’t want their slaves getting off their utopian plantation.

Start with building a wall around Washington, D.C. and its 92% Stalinazi RED-voting populace.

When President Trump is returned to his stolen office, he should not even set foot in that city of evil. Move the White House or designate Mar-a-Lago as the White House. Have the Republican majority relocate the Congress far away from DC. Send the various necessary departments to different parts of the country in small towns, shutter the rest. Starve the Swamp to death.

What would it look like geographically though?

From what I gather, the middle is mostly red, both coasts blue and a few of each scattered here and there. It’s not north/south any more. From what I looked at just now, we’d end up with a good sized halfway normal country squoze between two liberal hell holes...

Wikipedia has a good graphical representation

Considering the urban areas we’d probably have to do that. Or maybe look at congressional districts.

In 2018, a progressive wave swept into Congress, surrounded by a celebrity bubble that tells them they are not only right, but in the majority. They now have sympathetic Democrats in charge of the House, the Senate and the presidency.

They decided to go for broke. The result?

The For the People Act died in the Senate.

The John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act died in the Senate.

Amnesty died in the Senate.

Corporate tax increases died in the Senate.

The Equality Act died in the Senate.

Filibuster reform died in the Senate.

The Green New Deal died in the Senate.

Reconciliation died in the Senate.

Now the progressives will kill the bipartisan infrastructure plan, which included some of what they wanted, because it is not enough. They will take no wins unless they can have all the wins. Zealots always prefer to live in hell if they can’t get Heaven exactly as they want it. h/t Erick Erickson

There problem not mentioned is that apart from some solid blue urban areas on either coast, most counties in the country are red. How could a blue state succeed if almost all of its geographical area is red?
