Well metal rods well not cause chain saws to explode.
They well dull the chain really fast.
Be really hard on saw mill equipment.
But explode not.
Besides that they like ceramic rods as they are not detected by metal detectors
Just curious, ceramic rods? How are they pounded into trees without shattering them? Ceramic is rather brittle, especially from longitudinal force like a hammer driving a nail.
