That fool is still on the air? My personal stake in this is I have natural immunity. If they want an antibody test, fine I’ll get one and provide it. But nobody is talking about that. They want me vaxxed anyway.
NOT DOING IT.
Luckily the company I work for already has a policy requiring employees to be vacinated but only if you go into the office. So I don’t go into the office. Remote employees are exempt.
Our CEO is a very vocal person yet he has said nothing about this employee mandate. Nor natural immunity.
And there is literally nothing going on at OSHA to even begin to form the rules. It was all a huge con. Unfortunately for many people the company they work for implemented it without any federal requirement. I personally know people effected by this situation and they’re not rich and have zero savings.
Because science!

I can’t stand Lemon either.
I think your company’s CEO has consulted the company attorneys and found that there is no legal basis for shot mandates for folks that don’t work at company premises.
OSHA applies to the employers facilities. I think OSHA is poring over the rules, and not finding much to go on.
Didn’t OSHA initially say that if shots were mandated then any shot injuries would have to be reported and treated like workplace injuries?
I know they backpeddled on that.

I remember that. I don’t recall the back-pedaling. Probably because it wouldn’t apply to me.
