There are a lot of those little cartoon-looking helicopters flying around Chandler Airport. Quantum Helicopters trains their customers out of there.
Happier side note: The Hangar Cafe at the Chandler Airport serves some tasty breakfasts.

I live just south of Deer Valley Airport and the chopper traffic is constant.
A lot of Chinese pilots train out of there. When I was flying you could barely understand them on comms.
