"Why post all this mess?" It is good and helpful to learn, though with my stiff arthritic fingers I do lot of copy and paste operations, and remapped (using AutoHotKey) the CapsLock key to copy (ctrl+c) and Es to paste (ctrl+v).

I use Libre Office to compose documents and save it as a web page. And I can then load it in a browser and copy and paste the html as described in post 55.

As with paragraphs (< p> ) but without the spaces shown in the examples here, just enclose the letter for each as in < b> and close it with < /b> for bold, and use i for italics

Sure, just do ctrl+shift+a to open the Add on menu (or right click on the 3 bars icon on the top right of Firefox, and hit Menu bar - which should be shown by default - and then hit Tools > Add ons) and disable or uninstall it. I would to learn how to edit the extension to make it do more, but that takes more time.

FR often does that in posting copied html. See main page and try,

Not that selecting text and hitting Pre on the enhancer tool bar will also separate the selection into a paragraph as above, but retain formatting.
