Earlier this month, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) warned against continued high government spending and socialism at the McCreary County American Legion Post 115 in Stearns, Kentucky.

He explains things very well to his constituents back home.
Also calls out socialism and BLM...
My only problem with Rand is that, like his father, he gives short shrift to conservative social issues. These are every bit as serious as “fiscal” issues. In fact, the two are inseparable without destroying all of conservatism.

This was just the other day...
Lets just say you can only concentrate on one thing at a time. Which one do you want to deal with first?
Exploding debt? Out of control spending on liberal wish lists? Taxes going through the roof? A wide open border?
Or
Prayer in school? Abortion(which is being handled on the state level...Texas and now Florida is thinking of passing a similar law)? Control of schools(parents waking up to what is going on in their kids schools...locally)?
At the most fundamental level, I agree that the two are inseparable. It’s a mindset. The same mindset that guides a Fiscal Conservative, is/should be, the same mindset on Social Conservatives.
But, I don’t think we’re at the level. The other side has done a remarkable job in taking us away from that, with the eager help of every RINO/GOPe clown in political office, on every level. If we got our fiscal house in order, it would be that much easier to get the social house in order, IMHO.
No, conservatives should be able to walk and chew gum at the same time.
Sure....Well, maybe it starts with you. Are you planning on running for elected office of any kind?
Or does someone else have to fight that fight for you while you bark from the sidelines?
