“Quercetin and zinc are synergistic” — thanks for pointing that out. They are also available OTC today. I’ve been using the Quercetin, zinc, Vit D, Vit C, NAC and Melaonin cocktail for about 15 months now.
The now-disappeared COVID Protocol by Dr. Marik at the East Virginia Medical School said very early on that “this is a steroid-responsive disease.” Unfortunately, inhaled steroids are prescription only.
I have a couple questions.
How much NAC are you taking—I know there is correlation with Vit C and NAC dosages...
Also I seem to recall that Budesonide is something that can be used in lieu of inhaled steriods.
I added them up and got to about 400%, so I’m WELL protected!
It’s a shame that none of the studies looked at them in combination since the many COVID prophylaxis protocols include three to six supplements, vitamins and minerals. I count six that I’m taking - Vits C & D; Melatonin; NAC; Quercetin; and Zinc. No Famotidine.
900 studies sure is a lot of ‘double—blind placebo controlled’ studies so I’d suspect most aren’t
