He has a satellite in Orlando as he represents many New Yorkers that have relocated or snowbird. The Laundries are one of those clients.
He does not need to be on the Fl Bar to have a space in Orlando to meet with his Northern/NY clients.
He doesn’t need an office to talk to people. There’s a thing called a “phone”. And now there’s even things on the internet called “Skype” and “Zoom”.

Looks like you missed that he was on the phone with the Laundries when they called police and said Brian was missing. Bertolino monitored the conversation with police at the Laundries home, VIA THE PHONE. The article was posted on FR.

Laundries called to report B L missing to establish a time line and probably at the attnys direction which may have been done at the Orlando face to face.

Mrs also called 911 to get Deputy Dawg off the property and rightfully so.
I ll bet you and I am sure the attny never ever discussed any thing about the case with the Laundries and only the Laudries on a phone, land line or cellular, via Skye or Zoom or any other traceable and or recoverable medium, hard drive, IP log etc.
I will also not only bet you, but guarantee you the attny has instructed them not to say or talk about anything to anyone via any device or in person as in STFU.
