Gee. It’d be too bad if that dam burst and caused unprecedented damage and loss of life in one of the worst disasters the world has ever known and pretty much everyone on the planet shrugged their shoulders and said, “Darn. That’s a shame. Good luck with it.”

CCP doesn’t care at all if they lose 400 million souls to a flood. The only thing that matters is the party.

I certainly hope we don’t send American soldiers to help out with the rescue/recovery/rebuilding efforts.
Though with Biden that’s probably exactly what will happen.
